Where are you located?
We are located in Clinton, IA. 52732.
Where do you travel?
The smaller bus operates in Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin. The coaches operate in the lower 48 states.
How do you book and do you have a contract?
Reservations are taken over the phone and a $250.00 Non-Refundable deposit is required to hold the vehicle. Placing your deposit binds you to our contract. If you do not place a deposit and don't sign the contract within 3 days we will NOT hold a bus for you.
How do I cancel?
Cancellations must be done in writing 30 days prior to the event to avoid paying the quoted price in full. We are strict on that policy. No exceptions. The $250.00 non-refundable deposit is just that. Non-refundable. Do not have 3 of your best friends call us to complain because you weren't advised of our cancellation policy. Everyone at the time of booking is informed of our policy and it's in the contract.
Do I get a discount for not using all of the minimum time?
The short answer is no. The longer answer is also no. Wedding days go very fast. The buses can be used to provide the wedding party an organized place to hang out until the bride and groom have finished receiving their guests. In the past some outdoor weddings have used the bus as a staging area prior to the ceremony. With heat and humidity a cool bus is also a great place for the significant others to wait while pictures are being finalized. By the time you add in a stop for additional pictures or a stop at the local watering hole you'll see how the time flies by! Our cost is close to the cost other companies charge for 2 hours with less rush. Our prices are non-negotiable so please don't call and ask if there is a discount if you only need the bus for 2 of the 3 hours.
Do you price match?
No we do not price match.
Is there a discount for renting multiple vehicles?
No there is not a discount for renting more than one vehicle.
Can I bring food, decorations, or my own music?
Yes and no. You may bring food however Maybelline our 35 Passenger Bus is outfitted with carpet and no food is allowed. Any extensive cleaning will result in a cleaning fee. You may decorate with anything that does not harm the vehicle in any way. Please bring your own music. Most vehicles now have Bluetooth but please bring any necessary adapters just in case.
Can I smoke in the vehicles?
Yes and No. We do not allow cigarettes or illegal smoking of any kind but we do allow passengers to vape. If anyone does decide to smoke in the vehicles other than vape, the card on file will be charged $500 for every instance.
Are minors allowed on the bus?
Yes of course. We've done many trips for school dances, birthday parties, & even church events. The adult reserving the bus is responsible for any actions of the minor children. For the trips with no adult present, no drinking alcohol is allowed by anyone under the age of 21.
